Senior citizens struggling to access nutritious meals can rely on various programs such as the USDA’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Meals on Wheels, and local senior centers that offer community-based nutrition programs. These programs are crucial in improving the health and well-being of older adults and are an indispensable part of maintaining the health of Americans.

Regardless of age, it is important to make nutrition a top priority in our lives, given its cumulative effect on our health over time. Remember, it’s never too late to make positive changes in our lives, and nutrition is a great place to start now.
